Welcome to the new ClanWebs site! If you are already a customer of ours you will notice that our site has had a complete overhaul. If this is your first visit, WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN?

Apart from the obvious cosmetic changes, we have also changed the site navigation quite a lot. All of our themes can now be viewed by category in the theme section of the site menu. We have also added all of our free themes to the downloads area. Premium themes can be ordered from our Theme Store.

Please register on the site and feel free to contribute, all testimonials greatly received. You can now ask for support in the forums, but please be aware that the quickest and best way to get support is to raise a support ticket. Don't forget the tutorial section in the forums, which may already contain the answer to your question!

Registration to the main site gives you permission to post in our forums and access the downloads section. It does not allow you to log straight into you account manager. You can use the quick link on the top left menu to access this, all login details for that section of the site remain the same.

All our hosting accounts are 'Shared' hosting accounts. This means we run multiple sites on each server. Due to this we have to make sure that everyone gets a fair share of the server resources and that all sites hosted on the server run smoothly. This is the main reason we do not allow server maps/mods/patches to be uploaded, downloaded, or used as a redirect service for your game server. It just uses too much server resources and bandwidth. We have seen in the past up to 100Gb a day in data transfer being used on game server redirects, we have to pay for bandwidth from our server host.

Our unlimited web space and bandwidth packages are for 'Genuine web content' only. This does not stop you from streaming media files from your website. There is a difference between downloading and streaming, downloading is file sharing and is prohibited under our Terms and Conditions.

If you rent a game server, your server host should provide you with a redirect service, if they don't then get a better host. On average clans pay around £50 per month on their game server rental, and £25 per year on their web hosting. Which company can afford to give out 1000's of Gigabytes of bandwidth on redirected downloads, the game server host, or the web host??
